Neuradesk Hire is the B2B half of Neuradesk, an AI-native career platform built in Bengaluru. The consumer side trains 5,000+ candidates with resume analyzers, interview coaches, and portfolio builders. The Hire side gives recruiters access to that trained pool, plus the tooling to run modern hiring loops end-to-end.

Why we built Hire

Most recruiting tools sold in India were imported from US contexts, retrofitted for DPDP compliance, and priced for a market that has 5x the willingness-to-pay we have here. We built Hire to invert all three:

• India-first by default. DPDP 2023 compliant from day one, INR pricing primary, English + Hindi day-1, GST handled at checkout.
• AI as the floor, not the ceiling. Calibrated search, AI-generated interview scripts, live calibration scoring. We do not gate basic AI behind enterprise tiers.
• The candidate flywheel. Recruiters search a pool that is already on the platform, already preparing, already serious. The structural moat no single-sided recruiting platform can replicate.

Who we are

Neuradesk is founder-led, India-headquartered, and currently in private beta on the Hire side. We onboard hiring teams one at a time, work alongside them on their first 5 hires, and ship product based on what we learn. The 14-day team trial is real. The founder-led onboarding is also real.

What we will not do

• Fabricate customer counts. Our private-beta status is published.
• Use stock photos as testimonials. Every quote on this site is real.
• Sell candidate data. Ever. Not even to “improve our models.”
• Sell to a US ATS conglomerate that does not understand DPDP.
