This Cookie Policy explains which cookies we set on hire.neuradeskai.com, why we set each, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

These cookies are required for the Service to function. We set them automatically and they cannot be opted out of without disabling the Service:

__Secure-next-auth.session-token: your active login session. HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, expires when you log out.
__Host-next-auth.csrf-token: prevents cross-site request forgery on auth flows.
theme: your light/dark mode preference.
locale: your interface language. We respect system preference if not explicitly set.

2. Analytics cookies (consent required)

We do not load analytics cookies until you accept them via the consent banner. When accepted, we set:

_ndsk_session_id: a first-party rolling identifier for funnel analytics. Rotated every 30 days. Used only to count unique sessions; never linked to identifiable user records without explicit consent.

We do not load Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or any third-party tracker on hire.neuradeskai.com. All analytics is server-side and aggregated.

3. Advertising cookies

None. We do not run advertising on the Hire platform and do not allow advertising trackers. If we ever change this, we will notify you in writing 60 days in advance and re-collect explicit consent.

4. Third-party cookies (sub-processor surfaces)

When you initiate certain actions, third-party sub-processors may set cookies in their own iframes or redirected pages:

100ms.live(interview rooms): sets session cookies inside the video iframe for room state. Recording cookies are governed by 100ms' own privacy policy.
Razorpay / Stripe (checkout): set session cookies on their own checkout domain during payment flow.
Vercel (hosting): may set rare deployment identifiers on the edge during incident debugging.

5. Managing cookies

You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. Clearing strictly necessary cookies will log you out and reset your preferences. Clearing analytics cookies will not affect functionality; we will treat your next visit as a new consent-pending session.

6. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when we add, remove, or change cookies. Material changes are notified via email and the in-app banner.
