What does the AI fit score actually cite?
Spans of the candidate's actual resume and profile that support each factor. If evidence is missing, the factor says so; the score never papers over a gap with confidence.
Can candidates see my team's notes?
No. Notes, ratings, and scorecards are org-internal. Candidates control their own profile visibility; your evaluations stay yours (and land in your audit log, not theirs).
What is blind mode?
