An AI analyst narrates the numbers and answers questions, but it only ever reads the deterministic metrics; it cannot invent one.

Because the pipeline runs here, conversion is measured stage by stage through to the actual hire, not to 'candidate replied'. The bottleneck stage is detected and named automatically.

The design rule is ruthless: a card must change a decision or link to an action, or it gets cut. Health score, time-to-hire, source table, anomaly log, recommended actions; no vanity charts.
An analyst, not an oracle
The AI narrative and ask-your-data bar read only the computed metric JSON. If the model is down, a deterministic summary renders instead; the page never fails and never fabricates.
Honest empty states
No data reads 'no data for the last 30 days', never a fake zero. And analytics are org-level by design: no per-recruiter surveillance tables, deliberately.

Questions, answered
Can I see per-recruiter performance?
Deliberately not. Analytics aggregate at the org level; the platform's audit log records who did what for compliance, but analytics never become a surveillance leaderboard. That split is pinned by tests.
What happens when the AI provider is down?
The dashboard renders a deterministic templated summary instead of the AI narrative. Every number on the page comes from computed metrics either way; the AI only phrases them.
Which plans include analytics?
Core analytics ship on every plan; history depth and advanced views scale with Growth and Scale. The AI analyst is included where AI features are enabled (Growth and above).
