Volume Triage
The Screening Room triages high-volume job applications in one AI pass: every applicant tiered with evidence from their structured profile, screening answers, and cited fit score. You review, override where you disagree, and apply the whole batch with one attributed Confirm. Rejections schedule respectful emails with a cancellation grace window; nothing moves until a human commits.

Versus Naukri RMS bulk actions
Portal bulk-reject is a keyword filter with a shrug. The Screening Room tiers on structured evidence, keeps a human Confirm as the only mutation, writes the decision to a tamper-evident audit chain, and treats rejected candidates like people, with a grace window in case you reconsider.
No. The room has no autopilot tier, deliberately. Tiering is a proposal; the only thing that changes anyone's status is your attributed Confirm, and that posture is pinned in code.
Pipeline moves are final at confirm, but rejection emails wait out a grace window (default 12 hours, tunable 4 to 24) and can be cancelled before sending, which is where regret actually bites.
Structured candidate profiles, the screening questions you attached to the job, and the four-factor fit score with resume citations. Parsed-PDF keyword matching is exactly what it replaces.
