Questions, answered
Can the AI reject candidates by itself?
No. The room has no autopilot tier, deliberately. Tiering is a proposal; the only thing that changes anyone's status is your attributed Confirm, and that posture is pinned in code.
What if I confirm and immediately regret a rejection?
Pipeline moves are final at confirm, but rejection emails wait out a grace window (default 12 hours, tunable 4 to 24) and can be cancelled before sending, which is where regret actually bites.
What evidence does tiering use?
Structured candidate profiles, the screening questions you attached to the job, and the four-factor fit score with resume citations. Parsed-PDF keyword matching is exactly what it replaces.
