Questions we hear often
Do prices include GST?
No. All prices shown are ex-GST. Under Indian B2B invoicing, 18% GST is added at invoice time and reflected in your monthly tax invoice.
Can I switch between tiers?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new quota applies immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as a “search”?
One natural-language query from a recruiter (e.g. “senior backend engineer in Bengaluru with payments experience”). Refining the same query inside a session does not count as a new search.
Do you support data residency in India?
Yes. Enterprise deployments run on a dedicated Neon Postgres cluster in ap-south-1 (Mumbai). Data never leaves Indian regions unless you explicitly opt in to cross-border AI routing.
