Do interviewers need to connect their calendars?
It helps (free-busy resolution gets exact) but is not required: availability templates plus booking guards run the whole loop without OAuth, which matters for teams that cannot connect work calendars.
Are interviews recorded?
Only with explicit consent captured in the room. Decline means no recording; the gate is enforced where the video runs, not in a policy document.
Why can't I see my teammates' scores before submitting?
Anchoring is the quiet killer of interview signal. Blurring the panel's scores until you commit yours preserves independent judgment; calibration views then show the spread honestly.
