What happens when someone replies STOP?
They exit every active sequence immediately and enter the org's suppression list, which blocks future enrollment too. The same applies to unsubscribe-link clicks; both are honored by the single enrollment gate.
Can sequences send at any hour?
Only within the business-hours window you set in your org's timezone; out-of-window steps defer to the next open time. Respect is a scheduling rule here, not a hope.
Do replies really connect to the pipeline?
Yes: replies thread into the recruiter inbox where the candidate sidebar can move stages or propose interview times inline. Outreach, conversation, and pipeline are one graph.
