Can the agent message people who opted out?
No. Enrollment passes through the same suppression list and consent checks as manual outreach, the single gate in the codebase. Opt-outs exit everything and block re-enrollment.
What if the run crashes mid-campaign?
Runs are idempotent and resumable: completed steps are recorded, so a resume picks up where it stopped without re-messaging anyone. Caps bound every run and every day.
Does the agent reject people automatically?
Screening stages qualified candidates forward; uncertain or AI-unavailable cases go to a needs-review queue for humans. Final decisions stay with your team, on the record.
